Our own family 'cycle expedition UK' on Saturday - to Grandma's! Charlotte (aged 11) has done a bit of cycling with me before and had almost done the 30km distance before - but I was amazed that Isabel (aged 8) managed to smile all the way too. Well done girls - great effort!
